135 WAVE OIL
A thermally stable hydro-carbon compound with dross inhibitive properties, it is used in still portion of solder pots and in automatic wave soldering machine. It acts as a pot blanketing system to inhibit dross, provide longer pot life, reduce surface tension as well as to minimise fuming.

136 WATER SOLUBLE WAVE OIL
It is an organic chemical compound specially formulated to be compatible with HYBRID organic fluxes. It is used in still portion of solder pots and in automatic wave soldering machine including those with oil injection system. It has the property of absorbing large amount of contamination without altering anti dross properties. The oil is emptied and replenished only when it shows heavy discolouration

137 SOLDER DROSS REDUCER POWDER
SDR powder is an effective oxide reducing agent. It is used in still portion of solder pots or in wave soldering machines. It is a chemically reactive material. If properly used, more than 80% of the metal can be recovered.

138 ORGANIC WAVE OIL
It is an organic chemical compound with dross inhibiting properties used in still portion of solder pots and in automatic wave soldering machines. It acts as a pot blanketing system to inhibit dross, provide longer pot life, reduce surface tension between solder and PCB, as well as to minimise fuming.
